Being a mother is SO hard! I know we are supposed to be so in love with our babies (we are!) but it's also extremely taxing on our bodies, our minds, and our patience. Taking time each morning to tune in with your body and clear your mind is absolutely essential to keeping your sanity in motherhood. I designed this yoga class to give moms (and all women) a chance to have some me-time in the mornings.
We begin with some deep breathing and gentle stretches before moving into deep stretches for the legs, hip flexors, and spine. Then we move into some fire-building poses that stretch your spine, neck, and shoulders all while working your core. It's a comprehensive yoga routine that can be done in just 15-minutes in the morning. It's my gift to you, mothers, on this Mother's Day 2020 💞
