The concerts of Argentina's most famous rock musician, Carlos “El Indio” Solari, tend to draw as many as 200,000 people. Many fans and observers believe that his influence on popular culture is due to his political viewpoint defined as “radical autonomism.” Carlos Tovar, better known as “Carlín,” is Peru´s best known political cartoonist and his work often goes viral on social media.
