TD Bank Is the most shorted Bank in the WORLD! What is going on? Does this have any weight? We dig into the possible reasons and what it possibly means. Is the housing market slowing down? My money wouldn't be on TD Bank for the Canadian big bank most likely to go bust. It would be the Bank of Nova Scotia or the Bank of Montreal.
