Healthy beetroot bread spread! Sometimes, our Sundays are just plain bread butter/toast & tea as we are in no mood to cook at all in the morning! We can have healthier alternatives of breads but what about the butter? So if you want to have a healthier bread spread and you’re also bored with the regular butter or peanut butter, here’s a nice & tasty beetroot bread spread for you! Happy Sunday!
Ingredients needed for Beetroot Bread Spread:
1 Boiled Beetroot
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 Cup Thick Yogurt
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds
How to make Beetroot Bread Spread :
1) Chop the beetroot up into thick chunks & add the following- red chilli powder, garlic clove & salt.
2) Blend everything to a fine paste
3) Add yogurt to the beetroot paste & mix well
4) Spread over your toast & top up with healthy & crunchy pumpkin seeds. That's it!
