This video shows you how to install a throttle position sensor on your 2003-2011 Honda Element. The throttle position sensor is responsible for informing the engine's computer how open the throttle is, in order to calculate air/fuel ratio. If the sensor in your vehicle is not working properly, you'll likely encounter a lean or rich running condition, have a check engine light, and possibly other problems.
