Learning this as I go and kind of making these to remind myself later.
I wanted to add a simple head turn NLA block to the animation and not have to have it constrain to a loop. Adding it in an additive manner allows it to just add the difference (the rotated neck bones) to the existing loop. With this method the head turn can be any duration and doesn't have to start or finish aligning to the run cycle's loops. I hope that makes sense :)
