Mehul Agrawal, co-founder and COO of Cars24, advises youngsters to be curious and never stop asking questions.
“Never give up. Failure is just another step towards learning and scaling. Be bold. The world, markets and consumers all reward us for being bold. Doing what everyone does will get us to where everyone is, which is average,” Agrawal says.
Agrawal says the turning point in his career was when he decided to leave the cushion of consulting as a high-flying life and take the plunge into startup. “The first startup which we launched in 2012 was absolutely a roller-coaster thrilling ride. There was no looking back from that day,” he says.
"Till the time we are profitable, personally I don’t think I can say I have arrived. I will wait for that day and it’s not going to be too long before it comes," Agrawal says.
