Ingredients:
- 1 small banana
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats quick oats
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 12-15 blueberries
Add all ingredients to a microwave safe mug and mix until combined. Put mug in microwave and heat for 2 minute or until it looks baked. Enjoy!!
