Cruel owners chain their dog up outside and leave it in the cold snow to bark all day. This is my second video taping of this dog barking all day. But now I recorded it barking in the snow. The owners leave the dog outside even if it is snowing, raining or just plain hot out. They don't care. All day that dog stays outside and barks. Listen at the end of the video where the owner yells at the dog. This just goes to show you that the owners are home when this dog barks.
