This is a simple technique that makes quite an impression for a simple 180 degree fan flip. The key of this is simply practice. The more you practice, the easier this fan flip will become.
I also prefer to get some momentum going with my wrist, and can even elongate the motion by starting from palm down and then ending palm up while flipping the fan around.
Work hard on this and it will increase your fan skills!!!
