This truly was one of my favorite sessions I have done for you guys and as you can see I am super passionate about this! This is NOT a technical session but a focus and mental approach session and it will make A WORLD of a difference to your game.
Tips like these are what will actually make you a better and more well rounded player and open up scoring numbers you could never even get close to before!
HOMEWORK: Count how many times YOUR favorite player looks at the target throughout their entire routine and let me know in the comments!

My golf career is marked by a trajectory from a skilled amateur to a seasoned professional, competing on the LPGA/SYMETRA Tour for 3 years. During my amateur days, I attended IMG Academies, training under the close guidance of the world's best Leadbetter instructors. I continued to thrive while playing Division 1 golf at the University of Central Florida, holding the captain's title throughout my senior year. After finishing my college career, I went straight to LPGA Q-school, where I secured my tour card for the SYMETRA Tour. During my rookie year, I joined the cast of the popular Golf Channel Show "Big Break," showcasing my competitive skills on national television. During my professional playing career, I was always drawn toward the technical intricacies of the golf swing, often helping my friends and fellow players improve their swings.
