Best way to beat this boss is to make sure you have all upgrades for "Anti-Blisk" it will make the weapons more effective against the boss. Also it would help to have some of the main weapons upgraded fully as well. Consistently attack the boss with EVERYTHING you have in your arsenal, don't let up, or he will regenerate his health. Best weapons that deal the most damage is the Disintegrator, Gastro Gun, Probe, and the Zap-O-Matic, spam these weapons till the boss is defeated.
