What’s up, folks! In this video I will show you how to make a chimichurri compound butter, which is basically softened butter mixed with loads of different aromatics such as garlic, parsley and dried oregano! Traditional chimichurri is often served alongside grilled meats so I will also prepare a reverse-seared ribeye steak to serve the chimichurri compound butter on top of! I also provide a few helpful tips throughout the video on how to make your compound butter, roll it into a firm log, and tips on how to reverse sear your steaks like a pro chef! Hopefully this video will help take some of the guesswork out of preparing steaks! Enjoy!

- 1 TB dried oregano
