Howie Mandel explained to Ellen how the 15th season of “America’s Got Talent” has become the “most amazing and weirdest” season yet. In the beginning of the season, they performed in front of a live studio audience, but when quarantine went into effect, Howie and his fellow panelists had to judge contestants via video chat, which he admitted was weird at first, but actually turned out to be beneficial.
