Recently I've been jailed in upland for trading props under mint prices to my sister account, since were playing on the same IP address they jailed us both .Since I have not been able to find info about it on youtube I'm providing well deserve answer's.

I will give more information as soon as I get it so stay tuned. we've appeal and were waiting for a decision from the upland team, these are the possibilities :

You have 48 hours to decide upon one of the following courses of action:
1. Provide a clear, honest explanation of the behaviour mentioned above and why, in your circumstance, it does not constitute a violation of Upland Terms and Conditions. If your explanation is sufficient, the account(s) will be released from Alcatraz. If it is not sufficient, the account(s) will be suspended for 1 month minimum.
2. Acknowledge that you broke Upland rules with your behaviour and pay an UPX fine into the community pool and serve a reduced sentence in Alcatraz.
3. Do not reply to this email and forfeit your right to an explanation. In this case, the account(s) will be suspended for 1 month minimum.
Please reply to this email with your decision within 48 hours or we will assume you have chosen option 3.
