We present a networked immersive virtual reality system using commercial 3D flat-panel displays and RGBD sensors. It offers highly intuitive user experience by registering the user's real space to the virtual space so that the user can touch and manipulate virtual objects with real world objects including user's hands. It does not require to wear a position tracker for user interaction.
The virtual space can be shared with networked users, and the participants can manipulate the objects in the shared virtual space simultaneously.
