Panjiri is an Indian seasonal sweet from the Punjab region treated as a nutritional supplement. It is made from whole-wheat flour and nuts with lots of variations
Ingredients:
1. 2-3 tbsp ghee
2. Makhana- 1 cup
3. Atta- 1 cup
4. Bura- 1/2 cup
5. Tulsi leaves
6. Elaichi- 2
How to make:
1. Dry roast wheat flour
2. In a pan add some ghee to roast makhanas
3. Now crush these roasted makhanas
4. Add makhanas to flour,cardamom seeds,ghee,bura
5. Mix well with tulsi leaves and some fruits
