Rolling road at TEG SPORT after remap by andy Carr, car is my friends and is a blobeye wrx sti type uk, spec are as follows:
Blouch (scooby clinic) SC46 turbo
Japspeed 3" turbo back (decat)
Decapped wrx injectors
Aem progressive water/methanol injection kit (500cc nozzle)
Stock sti topmount intercooler
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Act clutch kit
K&N wing mounted cold air induction kit 67mm
Samco reinforced turbo intake pipe
Mac 3 port boost control solenoid
Perrin 4 bar Map sensor
Maf delete
Iat sensor mounted in intercooler
Andy mapped in both launch control (builds 1.3bar) and anti lag on switches
Switchable maps (meth/none meth)
Aem boostsafe wired to switch Maps back if meth level sensor or any fault activates
Expected around 420-430bhp peak power but the methanol Injector location prevented correct atomisation of the water/methanol at around 5250rpm-6400rpm thus the intake air temperatures were creeping up and no matter what andy did (even adding 4 degrees of timing advance!) it didn't make any more power! A front mount intercooler is required to locate the methanol Injector in a location that will correctly atomise the mixture and then its gains can be taken advantage of, also most likely a 1000cc nozzle will be advantageous
