How to Make the Volcano Cocktail

Exotic cocktails often need an exotic display, and few get more exotic than the Volcano. Served in it's namesake vessel, replete with mini volcano burning brightly in the center, this is sure to catch your attention. Fire extinguishers on the ready!

RECIPE
6 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz Demerera rum
2 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz gold rum

INSTRUCTIONS
Roll with ice.
Strain over ice into volcano bowl.
Use high proof spirit for volcano effect.
Serve with LONG straws!
