Beef and Egg Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
16 oz bag of wide egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Grease 13x9" casserole dish. Set aside.
2. Cook noodles per package directions. Drain.
3. Brown ground beef. Drain. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl combine tomato sauce, soup, milk, soy sauce, and garlic salt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir by hand until well combined.
5. Stir in ground beef. Gently fold in noodles. 
6. Spread mixture in the casserole dish.
7. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
8. Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Serves 8-10
