In this tutorial you will learn how to find from where a picture was taken.

Professional cameras use a space of information called EXIF to store important information about pictures taken. If your camera was properly set up, you can view the location of your picture at www.exif-viewer.com.

Step 1. If not, here is what you can do: open up a new browser window and go to:
images.google.com (please try to use something else than Internet Explorer).

Step 2. Drag and drop your image to the search box of the page. Google is looking for similar pictures throughout the Internet.

Step 3. The best matches are displayed to you as results. Select the one that reveals closest the source of your image.
