This lesson is great training for anyone looking for ankle rehab with ankle issues, ankle alignment, or ankle pain: Ankle sprains and ankle strains. Effective for people with working to heal whiplash or neck alignment issues to stabilize movement to speed up healing for spine. Also helpful if you have arthritis-- to reduce strain on the ankle joint.
Improve alignment of ankle instability by improving movements and use of your knee and hip joints, based on the Feldenkrais Method® with Annie Thoe. Uses a hard foam roller under foot, also using a blanket roll under pelvis for more advanced practice. You will need a flat chair or bench, a hard 3 or 4 inch roller and two blankets rolled up into a cylinder.
