Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this practice is suitable for all levels. All you need is a comfortable place to sit, a quiet space and an open mind.
Throughout the practice, you are encouraged to tune into your breath and be in the present moment. By cultivating mindfulness and focusing on the sensations in your body, you will deepen that mind body connection.
