For 2023 some manufacturers have updated their GT3-class weapons and now many teams are receiving these new cars before the start of the season. That's the case of the Italian team Dinamic GT, which was at Misano World Circuit to test their new Porsche 992 GT3 Rs a couple of weeks ago during a Kateyama professional track day.
The 2023 911 GT3 R is Porsche's evolution to their 991.2 GT3 R and of course it's based on the 992 generation. From my point of view and from what I've seen since the first spy images were released, this GT3 R seems to have taken many aero characteristics of the RSR-19 GTE. As for the RSR, the naturally-aspirated flat-6 engine had an increase in displacement from 4.0 to 4.2-litre. It was also tilted forward 5.5 degrees to create more space for the rear diffuser.
