Are you experiencing pain when putting pressure on your heels? Daniel Vu, PT, DPT is going to demonstrate 3 exercises that are essential to help with plantar fasciitis/heel pain.
EXERCISES:
1. Plantar Fascia Rolling - You can also roll the same area using a frozen water bottle for pain relief.
2. Wall Calf Stretch - Remember to keep the knee straight to effectively stretch the calf.
3. Wall Toe Jam Stretch - Try and get all the toes flat on the wall if you can.
