You should probably spend all your runes before you try and do this stuff.

You can also get the Frenzied's Cookbook [2] and Inescapable Frenzy on your way down, but I already picked them up so it's not showcased here.

At the very bottom you'll reach the Frenzied Flame Proscription site of grace. Approach the door without any armour to open it but be warned that this WILL lock you into the frenzied flame ending (unless you use Miquella's Needle).
