Oiichi's Fifth weapon compared to her fourth is leaps and bounds easier to get, but doesn't boast the stats she needs

The goal is to make the plan succeed and defeat 400 enemies. Getting the KO's should come after the plan. Make sure to protect the engineers, they are hella weak but still want to fight.
