This is the 1st video in our Perisan Food Series. In this video we show you how to cook this delicious Perisan dish using Eggplant (Aubergine), Beef and a rich Tomato Sauce: Mosama Bademjan. Such an easy but tasty dish, we're sure you'll love it just as much as we do.
Ingredient Amounts:
1 and 1/2 onion
2 Aubergines (Eggplant), peeled
500g/1pound of Beef tenderloin (or another meat of your choice)
2 tbsp Tomato Concentrate
2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Lemon
Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper
