Running in the snowy streets of Vilnius, Mantas, 22, catches a bus to get to work. He walks into the office of a new, dynamic start-up. As he sits down at his desk, his phone vibrates. It is a message from a colleague: “Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato?” A few seconds later, another colleague sends him another mysterious text message: “Romana or Napolitana?” Mantas is a bit puzzled.
