In my business, I've come across several different types of tenants. Today I'm going to share which ones prove to be the most reliable and who cause the least headaches for landlords.
Today I'll cover some of the pros and cons of the different types of tenants who I have rented rooms from:
college students
younger tenants
transient (transitional) tenants
location/job based tenants
downsizing tenants
government aided tenants
My two favorite types of tenants are downsizing and government aided tenants because they tend to have limited drama and stay for long periods of time. These groups have proven to be the best tenants for rooming houses and by finding them you can make great money!
