Raiders QB Plan: Raiders Training Camp
- Aidan O’Connell will get the first snap, he’s the QB1
- Minshew will split reps with AOC
- Carter Bradley & Anthony Brown will battle for QB3

Raiders QB Plan: Preseason Week 1 vs. MIN
- Aidan O’Connell gets the start & plays 1st half
- Gardner Minshew plays the entire 2nd half
- Unless Bradley & Brown go crazy in training camp, they shouldn’t see the field

Raiders QB Plan: Preseason Week 2 vs. DAL
- Gardner Minshew gets the start & plays 1st half
- Aidan O’Connell plays the entire 2nd half
- Unless Bradley & Brown go crazy in training camp, they shouldn’t see the field

Raiders QB Plan: Preseason Week 3 vs. SF
- Who ever plays better between AOC & Minshew starts
- Give both AOC & Minshew 1 or 2 drives
- Bradley & Brown play 75% of the game

Raiders QB Plan: Week 1 vs. LAC
- I’m not naming a starting QB (unless clear winner) until kickoff
- Make the Chargers prep for both
- Naming a captain could be a hint on who starts
