The remnants of what was Tropical Storm Cindy are still churning in the western Atlantic about 400 miles south of Bermuda. There's a 10% chance of redevelopment into a tropical cyclone over the next few days and a 20% chance over the next 7 days. In the Eastern Pacific, Tropical Storm Adrian becomes the first tropical storm of the Eastern Pacific season.
