Knee's over toes guy, or Ben Patrick, has been blowing up in the online fitness space. Many gyms and trainers are now using his programs and techniques to fix knee, hip and ankle pain.

One of the tools he regularly uses are slant boards. You can pick these online for £50 and up but I had some leftover plywood and know how to put a shelf up...so figured I'd give it a go myself.
