This route is designed not only to get you to Cosmic Ocean on every run but to get there with the best possible chances of success meaning Guaranteed Kappala and 99 Bombs and Ropes, Ankh as well as guaranteed Climbing Gloves if you want to do Vlads Cape Skip though I go over the Quest Chain if you’d rather just get Qilin.
