We then attended to a reported leaking fibreglass pool in Hemmant, we attended a fortnight ago and conducted some initial testing which included replacing the hydrostatic valve, our client advised the pool continued to lose water.

We rechecked the multi port valve before pressure testing both the suction and return lines which both held pressure.
We then checked the integrity of the fibreglass shell using our Leaktrac 2400. We swept the walls and floor twice and the machine directed us to one of the return jets.
We dye tested and noted dye being drawn into the jet which was missing its cover plate.

We entered the pool and dye tested the return jet noting dye escaping through a crack into the fitting.

We applied epoxy putty to the fitting before re dye testing to find it secure.
