Step by Step Guideline for Humming Bee Breathing Technique
STEP 1
Prepare your space.
Sit in a comfortable posture.
STEP 2
Raise your arms, elbows in line with shoulder. Plug your ears with your thumbs.
Close your eyes and place index finger on eye lids.
STEP 3
Inhale from nostrils and while exhaling, intentionally make a sound of a humming bee.
STEP 4
Repeat 3 to 5 breath cycle as one round.
You can practice for 5 rounds.
Choose to practice less or more rounds as per your comfort.
STEP 5
Lie down in Savasana for 5 minutes
