🗒️ INGREDIENTS
¼ cup white vinegar
[ Ссылка ] cups water cold
📝 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Gather the equipment, strawberries, and other ingredients.
2️⃣ Measure out ¼ cup of white vinegar and 2 cups of cold water. Mix them in a large glass bowl and add the strawberries.
3️⃣ Soak the strawberries in the vinegar bath for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Transfer the strawberries to a spider strainer and rinse under cold water.
5️⃣ Move the strawberries to a baking sheet lined with paper towels and dry them with another paper towel. Let them sit to finish drying completely.
6️⃣ Line a glass storage bowl with a paper towel and place the strawberries inside. Cover with Press N’ Seal wrap and store in the fridge. These strawberries will stay fresh for 7 days.
