A lot of talk that flax is estrogenic and can cause breast tissue growth. Truth is, flax has properties that may actually do the opposite of increasing estrogen levels. However the research is a bit confusing. I’m pro flax as I feel the benefits outweigh the potential risk of an increase in estrogen.
