BABY ELEPHANT SWIMS FOR FIRST TIME: Travis the baby Asian elephant went swimming for the first time at the Fort Worth Zoo in Texas recently. The zoo said the elephant calf received a swimming lesson to make sure he could stay afloat before jumping in the deep 400,000-gallon "river" in the elephant habitat.
