If you constantly stressful and worrying about life it means that you not in a stable mental state. If you are depressed you are not in a stable healthy state of mind. Manifesting is based on your state of mind and state of self.
That is why psychologist and life coaches always suggest relaxation techniques like deep conscious breathing and meditation to get your mind in a relaxed state.
If you practice meditation and deep breathing techniques each day it does change the state of your mind.
