The massive camp of Haitian migrants near the Texas state lines is slowly thinning, with some of the thousands in shelters and other deported back to Haiti. But NBC News has learned that as many as 20,000 additional migrants are considering the same trip. There is also controversy about how U.S. border agents on horseback trying to deter the migrants. NBC’s Morgan Chesky reports for TODAY from Del Rio, Texas.
