In this tutorial I will show you how to use the Strava App to find great local running routes in your area. You can specify any distance and whether you would like the run to be flat, hilly, on tarmac or trail.

The Strava App automatically finds where people run or cycle in your area and then suggests routes based on that data. It is a fantastic way of finding new routes or parts of routes you may not have discovered at all. It is also a great way to find routes if you go to a new area on holiday.
The App is for Android or IOS, but is based on the Strava subscription service.

Once you have created your route you can then connect it to your Garmin device over the cloud. In this tutorial I show you how to connect it to a Fenix 5.
