Full sit-ups. Can use a toe bar or partner to hold feet down if not able to do unsupported. Fingertips behind the head and elbows narrow. Avoid interlocking fingers and pulling on the neck or ‘chicken-winging’ the elbows. Sit-up until your chest touches your thighs OR your torso is vertical. Return to the start quickly but under control. Shoulder blades should touch the ground at the end of each repetition. Exhale on the way up, inhale on the way back down. Avoiding popping your butt off the ground.
