RECIPE:
Pan Seared | Baked Fish with Red Pepper Sauce
Servings: 4
4 Cod fish, fresh (4 oz each)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbs olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Sauce Ingredients
15 oz (425gr) roasted red pepper
½ cup (118 ml) water
3 cloves shallot, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs heavy cream
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp smoked paprika powder
Salt
Pepper
Instructions for Fish:
1. Season the fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
2. Sear the fish in a pan with high heat and flip it over (sear both sides).
3. Transfer the fish into a baking tray and cook it at 370’F for 5-7 minutes.
Instructions for Sauce:
1. Sautee shallot and garlic until golden brown. Add the vinegar (1/2 Tbs) butter, and roasted pepper.
2. Add, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika powder. Then blend them together.
3. Simmer the sauce and add the heavy cream. Add the other ½ Tbs of butter and mix well.
4. Pour the sauce on a serving plate and place the fish over the sauce.
5. Garnish it with parsley and rosemary and serve while it is still hot.

Instruksi untuk Ikan:
1. Bumbui ikan dengan garam, merica, jus lemon, dan minyak zaitun.
2. Bakar ikan dalam wajan dengan api besar dan balikkan (bakar kedua sisi).
3. Pindahkan ikan ke dalam loyang dan masak pada suhu 370 ° F selama 5-7 menit.
Instruksi untuk Saus:
