Frank and his friend the witch got into a silly argument and the Witch zapped Frank into a bunch of pieces! It is up to the Assistant, Wiggle, Waggles, and Count Mickey to find all of the pieces and put him back together. This is a fun Halloween video that is appropriate for kids of all ages!
