The second video of our Bikini Body series.♥︎ This video is an ultimate booty booster: we train with equipment like a heavy dumbbell, a resistance band and ankle weights, but it's totally up to you. You can do this workout without any equipment as well of course! This workout targets the gluteal muscles, lifts and makes your booty look rounder. Another effect: it's anti-cellulite!
▪️ Intensity: Intense
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
