The guitar neck can be pretty confusing, not to mention learning music theory and applying it to the guitar at the same time. In this lesson I try to break down the concept of an E Locrian Scale and an E Half Diminished Arpeggio simply using the High E string. I feel it's much easier mentally and visually to grasp the concept of a scale or arpeggio on one string.
