I have started Intermittent Fasting after reading Fast. Feast. Repeat. This video as an overview of my excitement surrounding Fast. Feast. Repeat and finishing the Fast Start 28 Day Fast. I cannot wait to continue seeing weight loss and health benefits from my daily clean Intermittent Fasting. Gin Stephen's book is amazing. I have been doing daily fasts (also known as time restricted feeding) for nearly 5 weeks.
