The cruise ship Costa Allegra has been left drifting powerless in the Indian Ocean after an engine room fire knocked out its power. The ship is owned by the Costa cruises, the same company that owns the Costa Concordia that ran aground and sank off the coast of Italy in January, killing more than 20 people. The fire was caused by an electrical fault. Two tugs and several other ships are making their way to the stricken ship.
