This is a very quick and easy recipe! Delicious and healthy!

Ingredients:
2 eggplants
Oil
Salt half of a teaspoon
Paprika half of a teaspoon
2 potatoes
1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
500 g of minced meat (17.64 oz)
1 small onion
1 egg
Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Salt half of a teaspoon
Black pepper

Sauce:
Tomato puree - 260 g (9.17 oz)
Water - 70 ml (1/3 cup)
Bake with foil for 1 hour at 180 °C/350 °F
Cheese - 100 g (3.53 oz)
Add cheese and bake for another 10 minutes
